The TRAKRAP system has enabled us to work with our accredited suppliers to develop arrange of unique and innovative pack designs. These designs reduce the amount of packaging required, are easy to erect, easy to fill, as well as giving protection through the supply chain, they also give great product presentation on shelf and of course are all 100% recyclable. All solutions are available in hand and auto erect formats.
Our full range of options have been designed with a clear focus on the demands of the retailer: Easy to identify, Easy to prepare, Easy to shelf, Easy to knockdown , Easy to recycle and at the lowest possible cost, ensures that we tick all the boxes every time. We have divided our range of packs into four categories and produced an easy to follow "Solution Finder", so you can select which category is best suited to your product. Our solutions team will also be able to help and advise you regarding bespoke designs and solutions. No matter what the primary pack, whether it be: Cartons, Tins, Jars, Tubs, Bags, or loose products. In frozen, chilled, ambient, or fresh we are confident that we have the right solution for your product.

By far and away the lowest cost option that's used for wrapping uncollated products such as Tins Bags and Cartons, that have good integral primary pack strength. Using 90% less energy tunnel and 70% less film than the out dated heat tunnels, the Trak-Film solution will wrap your products at speeds up to 40 Pack per minute, at the lowest cost possible and with no Capex. We took 9 pallets of customer stock, unpacked the product, re-packed with just one roll of film, returned the stock to the pallets and delivered back to the customer with no effect or damage to the product. Here you can see the packaging volume saved. Both packaging mediums are 100% recyclable.
