TRAKRAP designs and produces sustainable packaging solutions for manufacturers of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) supplying supermarkets and retailers. TRAKRAP Ltd is a privately owned company based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

An experienced team of mechanical, electronic and software engineers with a combined experience of over 100 years in packaging engineering solutions. The unique combination of skills allows the team to provide full design, technical support, maintenance and servicing on a daily basis.
Martin Leeming
CEO – Martin is a Retail Professional who joined the business after working for Asda for 15 years, holding Director roles in Buying and Supply Chain. He led a major change programme to lower the cost of goods from source to shelf including Retail Ready Packaging and effective supply strategies.
David Robinson
Operations Director – David is an operations professional with a strong food industry background spanning 25 years. He has held senior operational roles at Grand Met, Jacobs and Trigon Snacks where he has led large manufacturing teams in a variety of improvement and change programmes.
Colin Coules
Business Development Manager – Colin has worked within the Packaging industry in the UK, European and North American markets for over 35 years , holding senior management positions with DS Smith , Linpac Containers and the Smurfit Group. He has a wealth of experience in delivering innovative, cost effective packaging line and supply chain solutions, working with multinational companies, independent producers and retailers. Colin has also served on the board of many trade bodies and Industry lead bodies
Raj Thaker
Implementation Projects Manager – Raj is a Packaging, Purchasing and Planning professional who joined the business after working for Kelloggs (Europe) for 15 years . He has an outstanding track record in delivering complex NPD projects in the food industry, working with food and packaging developers across all aspects of the supply chain to bring products to market successfully.
Alan Read
Head of Engineering – Alan is an experienced engineer, having worked in all areas of materials management and handling both in the UK and abroad. His practical approach and problem solving skills, based on sound theoretical knowledge and experience has been instumental in developing machines that deliver our customers desired production benefits that are intuitive and easy to operate.
Lynne Wells
Business Support Manager – Lynne has 25 years of experience within administration, accounts and customer service positions in companies such as McCain Foods. She has established a range of admin systems and focuses on identifying proactive solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.

TRAKRAP is much more than a machine, it's a complete solution. We build TRAKRAP machines in a modern, food safe manufacturing unit, which operates a lean production flow to ensure that the machines are built and tested in the most cost efficient way. The unique combination of skills within the team allows us to provide design, development, installation and ongoing technical support to ensure each application provides the lowest total pack cost.
